| Chairperson | Provides visionary and strategic leadership for the entire organization, overseeing the Board’s effectiveness and driving AAL’s mission. | 2-6 years in organizational leadership, strategic planning, or corporate governance. |
| Treasurer | Responsible for meticulous management of the organization’s financial resources, including budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring transparent handling of all member contributions. | 1-6 years in financial management, accounting, or audit. |
| Secretary | Serves as the central point for administration, communication, and governance. Responsible for accurate record-keeping, coordination, and ensuring efficient organizational workflow. | 1-5 years in administration, coordination, or related organizational support roles. |
| Chaplain | Provides spiritual guidance, moral support, and fosters unity and compassion among the AAL members, ensuring ethical conduct. | 0-3 years in spiritual or moral guidance, community support, or related field. |
| Events Coordinator | Leads the planning, organization, and execution of all AAL events and activities to enhance member engagement and unity. | 2-4 years in event management, coordination, or logistics. |
| Project Supervisor | Ensures all AAL projects are executed efficiently, adhere to set standards, and are completed within scope and schedule, focusing on quality control and team accountability. | 2-5 years in project supervision, quality assurance, or site coordination. |
| Project Manager | Oversees the strategic planning, development, and execution of all community development and empowerment projects, ensuring lasting impact. | 2-6 years in project management; proven ability to organize complex tasks. |
